PAYMENTS
Deposit of 2 night’s tariff is required to confirm reservations.
Accommodation reservations are to be prepaid at least 7 days prior to
arrival date.
We accept Bankcard, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa.
CANCELLATIONS
For reservations held for longer than 48 hours, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- More than 30 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fees will be charged
- 30 days to 8 days prior to arrival - 2 nights net tariff
- 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of tariff
- Flight delayed or cancelled - no refund if guest fails to arrive due to their flight being delayed
or cancelled. Their expenses are to be recovered by guest's Travel Insurance
Cancellation advise must be writing.
Full charges apply if pax relocate to an alternative property other than within the Norfolk Pines Group
